What an amazing reminder that we can love one another because God first loved us. We were made in God's image and have been given two great commandments: To love God and to love our neighbours. 

Love started with God - He loved us first, and that gives us the ability to love others (1 John 4:19). The only reason we can love God or love anybody else is because God first loved you.
